The robotic cell consists of: -a robot base and protective housing -a 4-axis robot with a vacuum gripper -an input conveyor for sausages -a conveyor for cardboard packaging.
At the entrance to the robotic cell, there is a sensor to detect the position of sausages and cartons on the conveyor belts. The robot is equipped with a quick-release vacuum gripper for picking up one or more sausages. Several different grippers have been designed, which are used and replaced when changing the product format.
Product cycle time: 100-150 sausages/min, depending on the product type.
